Susan E Jones

Susan E. Jones, 63, of Hanson, KY passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh.

She was born in Earlington, KY on October 23, 1959 to the late Arthur and Helon Garland. 

Susan was of the General Baptist Faith. She was a homemaker and enjoyed arts and crafts- which she would sell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Garland and her sister, Wanda Fowler.

Susan is survived by her husband, Joey Jones of Hanson, KY; sister-in-law, Kelly Marshall and her husband, Steve, of Shelbyville, KY; brother-in-law, Keith Jones and his wife, Millie, of Knoxville, TN; brother-in-law Bob Fowler of Madisonville, KY; and nieces and nephews, Emily Eaves and her husband, Mark, of Madisonville, KY, Stefanie Scisney of Madisonville, KY, Joshua Lyell, Derek Lyell, Hunter Lyell, Geoffrey Scisney, Stefan White, Andre White, Aleah White, Evyn Scisney, Prince Scisney, Legend Scisney, and Miranda Hinchman.

Funeral services will be Monday, October 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY with Pastor Karen Wix officiating and burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington, KY.

Visitation will be on Monday, October 9, 2023 from 9:30 AM until service time at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
