Rory Lee Dorris

Rory Lee Dorris, 40, of Greenville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023.

He was born on May 22, 1982 to Jerry Dorris of Mortons Gap, KY and the late Rhonda Boyd.

Rory was of the Baptist faith and he had worked as an Iron Worker for Local Nashville Union. 

Rory is survived by his father and mother, Jerry and Sherry Dorris of Mortons Gap, KY; his four sisters, Lacey (Lance) Menser of Dawson Springs, KY, Kimberly (Dai) Carter of Madisonville, KY, Jerilyn Dorris of Nebo, KY, and Mary Kate Dorris of Mortons Gap, KY; three brothers, Ronnie (Pam) Dorris of Greenville, KY, Cory (Holly) Dorris of Central City, KY, and Nathan (Sara) Dorris of Owensboro, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 1, 2023 at New Lakeside General Baptist Church in Mortons Gap, KY with Pastor Terry Barnes officiating and burial of ashes to follow at Union Crossroads Cemetery in Nortonville, KY
