Pamela "Mom" McKnight

Pamela “Mom” McKnight,78, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Tuesday, April 21,2026 at her home.

She was born in Madisonville, KY on May 26, 1947 to the late Durwood Browning and Billie Wilson.

Pamela was of the Christian faith. She had worked as a pet groomer at Animal Medical Center and at GE.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl “Tommy” McKnight; son, Bart McKnight; and grandson, Tristan McKnight.

Pamela is survived by her three children, Ashley McKnight of Madisonville, KY, Leah McKnight of Madisonville, KY, and Rayna Browning and her husband Nathan of Nortonville, KY;  two sisters Ava Wilson of Madisonville, KY and Maria Duff of Morgantown, KY; one brother Brett Wilson of Lexington, KY; five grandchildren, Lacy Walker, Lakeia Tidwell, Lakiah Tidwell, Elizabeth McKnight, and Krisanna Caraway, and  five great grandchildren, Harvyn Walker, Emryn Herold, Maliah Stretch, Avanelle Gunn, and  Eli Skaggs; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 1:00PM at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY. Burial will be private at Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery in Madisonville, KY. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25,2026 from 11:00AM until service time at 1:00PM.
