Lillian "Nell" Bowles

Lillian “Nell” Wilson Bowles, 91, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Thursday, November, 7,2024 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY
She was born on October 28, 1933 in Princeton, KY to the late Grant and Jenny Mae Wilson.
Nell was a member of the Suthards Missionary Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Karl C. Bowles II; one sister, Lois Jean Jones; two brothers, Maurice Wilson and William E. “Bill” Wilson.
Nell is survived by four children, Rebecca Ladd of Madisonville, KY, Karla Dunbar and her husband, Donnie, of Madisonville, KY, Paula Clayton, of Madisonville, KY, and Melanie Bowles- Duff and her husband, Dan, of Madisonville, KY; seven grandchildren,  Kane Baker and his wife, Stephanie, Austin Dunbar, Keri Lynn Dunbar, Cylas Clayton and his wife, Maria, Kara Day Clayton, Karlee Ramage, and Anna Duff; eleven great grandchildren: Zack Baker, Dylan Baker, Ashton McBride, Aidan Dunbar, Braksten Clayton, Kirah Wren Taylor, Karmin Ratliff, Lillian Ramage, Anniston Ramage, Aslynn Dunbar, and Carson Turner; and several nieces and nephews. 
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY with Bro. George Brooks officiating and burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington, KY.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024  from 10:00am until service time at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Kane Baker, Zack Baker, Dylan Baker, Austin Dunbar, Braksten Clayton, Cylas Clayton and Aidan Dunbar.
Honorary pallbearers will be Donnie Dunbar, Mark Clayton and Dan Duff.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital.
