Jessica Ruth (Cothran) Burden

Jessica Ruth Cothran Burden of White Plains, KY passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025 at her home. 
She was born on November 9, 1962 in Madisonville, KY to Liggett Jr. and Jerry l. Cothran of Columbia, TN.
Jessica was a member of the protestant faith. She had worked as a caretaker for the elderly, and had also worked at McDonalds, Marketplace, and Christ the King Catholic Church Day Care. 
In addition to her parents, Jessica is survived by her two children, William Burden and his wife, Kristina, and Trevor Burden and his wife, Haley, all of Nortonville, KY; three brothers William Liggett Cothran of Waynesville, NC, Gary Cothran and his wife, Mary, of West Point, VA, and Michael Cothran and his wife, Kim, of Goldsboro, NC; six grandchildren, Benjamin Burden, Adleigh Burden, Jamison Burden, Gannon Burden, Thomas Burden, and Tucker Burden; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 11:00AM at Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville, KY with Bro. Gary Cothran officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Research Hospitals for Children.
