Jason O’Rear, 35, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018.

He was born in Carbondale, IL on August 19, 1983 to Ralph O’Rear and Peggy Kendziorski.

He was of the Baptist faith.

He had worked at the Country Cupboard restaurant in Madisonville, KY.

He is survived by his father, Ralph O’Rear of Greenville, KY; his mother and stepfather, Peggy and Dennis Kendziorski of Madisonville, KY; his three children: Kaiya Clarke of Madisonville, KY, Lucas O’Rear of Madisonville, KY, and Abby Samuel of Central City, KY; one brother, Adam O’Rear of Madisonville, KY; and one niece, Lyric O’Rear of Madisonville, KY.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY with Bro. Dennis Mayfield officiating and burial to follow at Old Salem Church Cemetery in Mortons Gap, KY.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
