Elizabeth “Liz” A. Matula, 37, of Earlington, KY passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Caldwell County Hospital in Princeton, KY.

She was born in Hammond, IN on April 14, 1985 to the late John Matula and Yvonne Forsythe of Earlington, KY.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Matula.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Yvonne Forsythe and Jeremy Rogers, of Earlington, KY; one daughter, Kaylee Matula, of Arizona; her grandmother, Jacy Frangello, of Lake Station, IN; one sister, Jennifer Nelson, of Lake Station, IN; and one brother, Thomas Smith, of Lake Station, IN.

There will be no services.

Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY is in charge of the arrangements.
