Darrell E Adams

Darrell E. Adams, 71, of Nortonville, KY passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. 

He was born in Madisonville, KY on February 27, 1952 to the late Dorris W. and Eva B. Adams. 

Mr. Adams was of the Baptist faith.

He retired from Peabody Coal Wildcat Hills Mine after 42 years where he had worked as a coal miner.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Teresa Adams and his brother, Randy Adams.

Mr. Adams is survived by his wife, Rebecca Adams of Nortonville, KY; his two children, Amanda Adams of Madisonville, KY and Jerold Adams of Hanson, KY; one sister, Debra Walker of Nortonville, KY; one brother, Ricky (Nancy) Adams of Madisonville, KY; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Monday, August 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM at New Salem Church Cemetery in Nortonville, KY with Bro. Marvin Phillips officiating.

There will be no visitation.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Hopkins County Humane Society.
