Carolyn (Parker) Smith

Carolyn Smith, 59, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020

She was born in Madisonville, KY on January 26, 1960 to the late Oatsy and Anna Grace Parker.

Mrs. Smith was of the Christian faith and had worked as a cross country truck driver for Morgan Trucking.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Smith; a daughter, Amy Michelle Young; a son Nicholas Turpin; and a sister, Mickie White.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her sister, Regina Walker of Madisonville, KY; a brother, Johnny Parker and his wife, Rosemary, of South Dakota; three nieces; and two nephews.

There will be no services.
