Carolyn J. Faulk, 82, of Mortons Gap, KY, passed away on December 5, 2020

She was born in Dorea, MO. on April 20,1938 to the late William and Hester Evans.

Mrs. Faulk was of the Holiness faith and was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Richard N. Faulk; grandson, Bobby McDonald; two brothers; and three sisters.

Mrs. Faulk is survived by her four children, Deborah Howell and her husband, Harry, of Mortons Gap, KY, Ronald Faulk and his wife, Julie, of Hopkinsville, KY, Richard Faulk and his wife, Britt, of Pennsylvania, and Kimberly Faulk of Nortonville, KY; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no services. Burial will be in Old Salem Church Cemetery in Mortons Gap, KY.

Reid-Walters Funeral Home in Earlington, KY is in charge of the arrangements.
