Brenda J (Offutt) Galloway

Brenda J. Galloway, 73, of Earlington, KY passed away on Friday, September 1, 2023 at Redbanks Nursing Home in Henderson.

She was born in Barnsley, KY on November 25, 1949 to the late Robert Sr. and Opal V. Offutt. 

Mrs. Galloway was a member of Midway Valley Pentecostal Church and had worked as a cashier at Sureway for over twenty-five years.

 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Galloway and two nephews, Eric Offutt and Jason O’Rear.

Mrs. Galloway, survived by her daughter, Stacy Hornback and her husband, Brian, of Manitou, KY; two stepdaughters, Jeannie Wells of Madisonville, KY and Jammie Dawn Galloway of North Carolina; three sisters, Linda Gibbons of Nortonville, KY, Hilda Price of Versailles, KY, and Peggy Kendziorski of Earlington, KY; three brothers, Larry Offutt of Madisonville, KY, Robert Offutt, Jr. of Nortonville, KY, and Tony Offutt of Madisonville, KY; two grandchildren, Benjamin Clay Hornback and Hannah Leigh Tucker; one great grandchild, Luke William Tucker and one great grandson on the way; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Old Salem Church Cemetery in Mortons Gap, KY with Bro. Dennis Mayfield officiating.

The pallbearers will be Brian Hornback, Benjamin Hornback, Kyle Tucker, Jared Hargrove, and Dennis Kendziorski.
