Sam Offutt, 82, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson, KY. He was born July 2, 1935 in Earlington, KY. He was a United States Army Veteran.
Graveside services with military rites will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 11:00am at Oakwood Cemetery in Earlington, KY with Brother Steve Sandefur officiating. Military rites will be performed graveside by the Hopkins County Honor Guard and 101st Airborne Division Fort Campbell.
