Roenna (Moore) Key Blankenship

Roenna Moore Key Blankenship, 90, of White Plains, KY passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017 at Baptist Health Madisonville. She was born in Hopkins County, KY on May 4, 1927 to the late Clifford and Rosie Manahan Moore. 

She was a lifetime member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church in White Plains, KY.

She was a retired nurse aide.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Eston Eugene Key; a daughter, LaData Rea Blankenship; three brothers; and four sisters.

She is survived by her husband, Lionel H. Blankenship of White Plains, KY; five children: Judy Keys and Janis of Chattanooga, TN, LaQuata Bea Jones and her husband, Terry, of White Plains, KY, Johnny Key of White Plains, KY, Bengy Key and his wife, Nadia, of Breman, KY; Rengy Key and his wife, Debbie, of White Plains, KY; her sister, Lucy Moore Carroll of White Plains, KY; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 12:00pm at Concord Missionary Baptist Church in White Plains, KY with Bro. Ellis Payne officiating and burial to follow at Concord Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 from 10:00am until service time at the church.
