My sweet, Aunt Marie, what a cherished and wonderful life. Your faith and unselfish ways always lifted everyone's spirits. I had just brought your name up and the kids and I were planning a trip to Kentucky this year. We were reminiscing about all the great times in Kentucky. You will be truly missed but your spirit will remain in all of our hearts. All the fun games, card parties, boat trips, hair styling tricks you showed me, fun spirited conversations and jokes....and your undeniable faith and comfort you gave me during my mom's cancer. You were my rock. My heart aches and my eyes fill with tears but I rejoice in the comfort that you are at peace and with those who have passed before you. You are in God's gracious kingdom. I will see you again, my sweet Aunt Marie.
