Lois Joanna (Dale) DeMoss

Lois Joanna Dale DeMoss, 86, of Madisonville, KY passed away on April 17, 2017 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. She was born in Dayton, OH on December 27, 1930 to the late Rev. Harry and Grace Strine Dale. 

She had attended Life Christian Center in Madisonville, KY. She was one top notch church pianist and harmonizer.

She had worked in the credit department of Trover Clinic, and did clerical work for IHA Insurance.

 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Early Amos Pryor and her second husband, AO “Olin” DeMoss, Sr.; her daughter, Esther Pryor Frew; two sisters; and three brothers.

She is survived by two children: Rachael Glaysbrook and her husband, Roger, of Madisonville, KY and Michael Pryor and his wife, Glenda, of Wilmington, NC; two sisters: Esther “Teny” Lusk of Bellbrooke, OH and Paulena Wright of Dayton, OH; four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, September 3, 2017 at 3:00pm at the Life Christian center in Madisonville, KY with Rev. Jon Kincaid and Rev. Pat Wilson officiating.
