Beverly Gail Rust Missig, 76, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at her home. She was born in Covington, KY, on January 4, 1942, to the late Harold “Pete” and Edna Frances “Frankie” Smith Rust.
She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Madisonville, KY.
She had worked as the religious education coordinator and librarian at Christ the King Catholic Church; and had been a writer of the food and home page for the Madisonville Messenger.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Missig of Madisonville, KY; her two children: Nicole Ballis and her husband, Rob of Barberton, OH and Christopher Missig and his wife, Bri of Madisonville, KY; one sister, Jo Ann Larison and her husband, Greg of Seminole, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church in Madisonville, KY with Father John Vaughan officiating assisted by Father Carl McCarthy.
Visitation with will be on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Christ the King Catholic Church in Madisonville, KY with recitation of the rosary and prayer service at 6:30 PM; and from 10:00 AM until service time on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at the church
